There are seven tracks in total, each track based on a different colour of the rainbow found in our natural world:

  2. Orange – Orange
  3. Yellow – Sunshine
  4. Green – Grass
  5. Blue – Blue Lagoon
  6. Indigo – Night Sky
  7. Violet – Lotus Flower

Nature’s Rainbow Mindfulness Meditations for Teens album has been created to nurture and inspire young minds to take a moment “to be and feel the me” tune in to their thoughts, feelings, emotions and the world we live in.

Each track nurtures mindfulness of the world around us and explores what we can learn from nature and empowerment of the self.
The music in Nature’s Rainbow Mindfulness Meditation for Teens has been specially composed by Adie Hardy and Anna-Christina. Each track has its own flavour that complements and enhances the guided meditations written and performed by Dawattie Basdeo. Unlike other meditational music, the music has been created specifically for each colour of the rainbow, gliding between the ebb and flow of the words to aid the unique listening experience. The music is based upon the resonant note of the chakras and is designed to connect you with your inner peace.
